Gazing Module is about looking upward into the night sky. It is an homage to the nightsky. But also deals with gravity, free play and loneliness. Gazing Module is an object that capsulates a spectator. Someone can pull the object over and enter it. Then gravity will tilt the module back upright, causing the hole in the sculpture to face skywards. When this happens, the viewer can lie down and look up at the sky through the opening. Under a watched sky the object acts as an in-between space. Looking upward is the only thing that connects the viewer with the world around. Until a bystander pulls the object over and this lonely connection is lost, once again.
